Return Policy

THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! 

We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case. 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free of smells, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend washing all of our clothing on a gentle cycle. 

To start a return, you can contact us at jojodifrancompany@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
  • Please contact us immediately at Jojodifrancompany@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.
  • Please remember, all photos have been edited to enhance color! 

Exchanges:

  • Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
At this time, certain types of items cannot be returned. The following items are listed below

  • Bodysuits 
  • Sale Items
  • Stuffed Animals
  • Pacifiers
  • Jewelry + Accessories
  • Eyewear + Hair Accessories
  • Home + Gift Items
  • Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.
  • This is for the safety and well-being of our staff + customers! 

    Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged for a cash value.

     

    Refunds 

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it does not follow the return guidelines.
